"The class yesterday, had ALL of the potential of being dry, boring, and completely over the heads of many of the attendees. Though all of us felt enormous pressure to pass a course that involved money from our pockets, Tom did a great job of setting us at ease. Few "teachers" actually deserve the title. But his easy way and professional approach to what is difficult information for most field personnel made this a rewarding experience for all.
