Step 2: You are contacted by an Amtech Sales Engineer

Within one business day, an Amtech sales engineer will contact you to discuss your needs, applications and expectations.

Step 3: The Paperwork

Your sales engineer will send you our Service and Equipment Agreements.  Just take a few minutes to complete them and fax them back to us.

Step 4: Scheduling the Install

Within 48 hours of your order, an Amtech installation coordinator will contact you to schedule your equipment installation time.

Step 5: Installation Day

Standard installation takes two to three hours, unless there is pole mounting, trenching, extended cable runs, or other complicating factors.

Installations are usually complete within 10 days for WildBlue and 30 days from Spacenet and I-Direct.
